Python on Ubuntuで楽にタイムゾーンを扱う

Library reference（datetime — Basic date and time types — Python 3.7.3 documentation）を読むと、扱いたいタイムゾーンごとにtzinfoのサブクラス作れとか書いてあるけど、pytzというmodule使えば簡単みたい。

Ubuntu lucidだとegg使わなくても、python-tzというパッケージの中に入ってました。
